Easing Your Intercompany Headaches with AGCO

A custom solution built to replace an offline, antiquated monthly intercompany confirmation process. This solution leverages OneStream's robust dashboarding capabilities, as well as functionality for custom translation, automated notifications, and workflow responsibility management. Included are exception-based reports driven by incomplete statuses or unmatched balances at hierarchical intercompany levels. AGCO is loading transactional level data from the Accounts Receivable company into OneStream and allowing the Accounts Payable companies to agree, true-up, or disagree to those intercompany balances directly within OneStream during the pre-close cycle. This data is preserved for comparison against the final month's submission.
